1. What is the best resolution to view the website? is best view with Internet Explorer 6.0 and above at a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.

2. I do not have a printer. Is it a must to take the printout of the ticket?

No, it is not compulsory to print out the e-ticket. You just need to present your ID or the booking reference number to get the boarding pass. However you are advised to print out the ticket for the ease of check in process.

3. What payment options do you accept?

For Singapore Dollar transaction, we accept:

For Malaysia Ringgit transaction, we accept:

5. Does the owner of the credit card, with which the ticket is purchased, need to be one of the passengers?

No. A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily his own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket(s) is/are booked should carry a proof of his identity (along with the ticket) at the time of boarding the bus.

7. How long is the journey from Singapore to Malacca by bus?

The journey will take around 4.5 depending on the traffic condition with only 5~10 min toilet break along the highway. For return journey, there will be 20~30min break, so, the journey will be 5hours at least.

8. How long is the journey from Malacca to Kuala Lumpur by bus?

The journey is around 2 hours depending on the traffic condition.

9. Which MRT station is the nearest to City Plaza Delima Singapore counter?

10. Where is Delima Counter in Malacca?

The counter is located at Melaka Sentral.

11. Where is Delima Counter in Kuala Lumpur?

The counter is located at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). Nearest LRT is TBS LRT station.

Kindly check your junk mail for the confirmation/e-receipt. Please call our counter @ 67451963 if you do not receive any emails.

13. Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, you just need to print out the e-receipt and anyone with the e-receipt can collect from the counter.

14. I have lost my e-receipt, can I collect my ticket without e-receipt?

Yes, if you are the person who bought the ticket, kindly show the counter staff your registered passport number/ telephone/ IC. The counter will issue the ticket to you.

16. Is there any child ticket?

Child ticket is only valid if you buy ticket from the counter.

17. Do I need to buy ticket for my child?

You are advisable to buy ticket for your child for safety reason.

18. How long will you open the schedule in advance?

Normally express bus company will open their schedule 1 month in advance.

19. Do I need a visa to visit Malaysia?

Singaporeans, Thailand and Malaysians do not need visas. However visa requirements do apply to many other nationalities. It is very important to check if visas are required for your journey because you may be refused the entry without a visa and we are not held responsibility for that consequence. Creating visas on the spot at the custom of 2nd link is not advisable because it will take more than 30 min and the coach will not wait more than 30 min.
